Exchange Program at Kansai University, Japan

Kansai University in Japan is accepting applications for undergraduate and graduate students (excluding final-year students) with Japanese or English language proficiency scores (GTEC 260 / TOEFL ITP 505 / TOEFL iBT 60 / TOEIC 580 / IELTS 5.0 / CEFR B1) to join the exchange program for one semester or one academic year. Participants will be exempt from tuition fees but must cover other related expenses, such as travel, food, accommodation, etc. The application documents include:

• Application Form
• Copy of passport
• Certificate of Enrollment
• Certificate of Health
• Recommendation form
• Covenants application
• Copy of Transcript
• Copy of language proficiency test
• Research Plan (only for applicants who wish to study as a graduate exchange student)
• Dormitory Guarantee (if applicable)
