Ryukyus Fall Semester 2025 exchange program

The University of the Ryukyus, Japan, is announcing the University of the Ryukyus Fall Semester 2025 exchange program for undergraduate and graduate students. The program will take place from October 2025 to March 2026.

Students participating in the exchange program will be exempt from tuition fees; however, other expenses will be the responsibility of the students themselves. Interested students should submit the following application documents:

1. Application Form (Form 1-5)
2. Recommendation Letter (PDF format)
3. Academic Transcript
4. Certificate of Enrollment
5. Color Photograph (3cm x 4cm against a plain white, gray, or blue background)
6. Color Copy of Applicant’s Passport (page with personal details)
7. Application Form for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) (Excel format)
8. Evidence of Financial Support (Form 3)
