ECON CMU Joins the 59th Anniversary Celebration of Chiang Mai University's Research Institute for Health Sciences

On 12 October 2026, at 9.39 a.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, represented by Saowaluk Duangin, Ph.D., Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, attended the 59th Anniversary Celebration of the Research Institute for Health Sciences (RIHES), Chiang Mai University. On this occasion, the Faculty's representative also conveyed congratulations and wrote a message of goodwill to the Institute's executives and staff.

The Research Institute for Health Sciences evolved from the Hematology and Malnutrition Research Centre into a research institute dedicated to health sciences. Marking its 59th anniversary in 2026, the Institute organised commemorative activities to bring auspiciousness to the occasion and preserve religious and cultural traditions.

ECON CMU's participation reflected the positive relationships among Chiang Mai University's faculties and institutes, as well as the Faculty's commitment to maintaining strong institutional connections and supporting the University's shared missions.
