Faculty of Economics Hosts TISCO Career Unlock 2026, Strengthening Career Opportunities in the Financial and Banking Sector

On Wednesday, 22 July 2026, from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, hosted TISCO Career Unlock 2026 in collaboration with TISCO Bank Public Company Limited. The programme aimed to provide cooperative education students and alumni with valuable insights into organisational culture, career pathways, and professional opportunities in the banking, finance, and investment sectors.

The event was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Tatcha Sudtasan, Ph.D., Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, who welcomed the guest speakers and highlighted the importance of collaboration between higher education institutions and industry partners in preparing students for successful careers.

Throughout the programme, participants attended sessions on Financial Literacy for First Jobbers, personal debt management, workplace readiness, and career opportunities for graduates and cooperative education students. Human Resources representatives from TISCO Bank also introduced the Bank and its affiliated businesses through the "Discover TISCO Group" session, providing participants with first-hand insights into the organisation and its working environment.

The programme also included a written recruitment examination for students applying for cooperative education placements and employment opportunities with TISCO Bank, followed by afternoon interviews conducted by the Bank's recruitment team for shortlisted candidates.

TISCO Career Unlock 2026 reflects the Faculty's continued commitment to strengthening partnerships with industry, enhancing cooperative education, and equipping students and alumni with practical knowledge, professional skills, and direct access to employment opportunities in Thailand's financial services sector.
