On Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 12:30 to 16:00 hrs., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University organized a workshop titled “KM for Change – Learning & Growing Together: Knowledge Management for Organizational Transformation and Development” at Room ECB3202, Chuchart Petchamphai Excellence Center in Economics Building.
The workshop aimed to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the Faculty’s personnel regarding the concepts, principles, and processes of Knowledge Management (KM) in accordance with the international standard ISO 30401. The initiative seeks to lay a strong foundation for developing a structured knowledge management system, including clear processes and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms aligned with the ISO 30401 framework.
The program featured interactive learning activities and knowledge-sharing sessions, providing participants with opportunities to exchange experiences and collaboratively explore practical approaches to knowledge management suited to the organizational context of the Faculty of Economics.
This activity reflects the Faculty’s commitment to fostering a learning organization and strengthening institutional capacity by promoting continuous learning and collaboration among its personnel, in order to effectively respond to organizational changes and achieve sustainable development
