Workshop on “Cost Efficiency for Excellence: Smart Resource Management for a High-Performance Organization”
On 10 February 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, organized a workshop entitled “Cost Efficiency for Excellence: Smart Resource Management for a High-Performance Organization” at Room ECB 3203, Chuchart Petch-ampai Center of Excellence in Economics Building.
The workshop was designed to enhance participants’ understanding of cost-efficient management principles and promote effective resource utilization to maximize organizational value and performance. Through this initiative, the Faculty sought to strengthen knowledge and practical approaches to managing costs while ensuring that organizational resources are used strategically and efficiently.
The training focused on developing the capacity of personnel to analyze resource utilization, systematically plan operational processes, and apply appropriate management practices to improve organizational effectiveness. Participants were encouraged to explore methods for optimizing resources, enhancing productivity, and supporting sustainable organizational development.
By fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement, the workshop contributes to the Faculty’s broader commitment to organizational excellence and supports its ongoing efforts to achieve high performance across all dimensions of its operations.
