Study visit to the Educational Services Office, Faculty of Engineering, CMU
On Monday, 22 December 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr.Rossarin Osathanunkul, Dean, together with faculty staff, paid a study visit to the Educational Services Office, Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, to learn about the online student service system.
The visit was organized with the objective of exchanging knowledge and best practices in the management of educational services, the development of online student service platforms, and operational processes that enhance efficiency, convenience, and service responsiveness.
On this occasion, staff members of the Faculty of Economics attended presentations, engaged in discussions, and raised questions regarding the application of digital technology in student services. The knowledge and experience gained from this visit can be applied to further improve the Faculty of Economics’ educational service systems, enhancing efficiency and better responding to students’ needs.
