The Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University recently organized the Senior Farewell Project for fourth-year undergraduate students for the academic year 2025, titled “Goodbye Senior: Dinner Talk” under the Black & White theme. The event took place on Monday, 3 November 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Nimman Convention Hall, Unimarn Hotel, Chiang Mai, with 165 fourth-year students participating. The atmosphere was warm, celebratory, and full of memorable moments.
The event began with a tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, followed by a two-part “Dinner Talk: Sibling Conversations” session.
The first session, Dinner Talk by Generation X, featured alumni lecturers from the Faculty of Economics sharing their career experiences and life perspectives after graduation. The second session, Dinner Talk by Generation Y, included younger alumni lecturers providing insights and inspiration on building careers in the modern era.
The program also included an award ceremony for outstanding student activities of the 2024 academic year, along with a presentation of commemorative gifts from the Faculty of Economics Student Club to the faculty, expressing appreciation for their support and collaboration.
The evening concluded with a Black & White-themed costume contest and prize presentation, followed by farewell and appreciation remarks from representatives of the fourth-year students, reflecting the strong bond between students and faculty members.
