Faculty of Economics Holds the Third Econ Internal Meeting to Strengthen Collaboration and Organisational Development

On 18 September 2025, from 11.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, organised the 3rd Econ Internal Meeting for support staff at the Quantitative Analysis Centre. The meeting was attended by support staff members from across the Faculty.

The meeting provided a platform for participants to exchange ideas and discuss key issues related to academic support, administrative operations, and strategic directions for the Faculty's future development. It aimed to enhance organisational effectiveness, strengthen collaboration, and promote continuous improvement across all areas of operation.

The programme featured a range of engaging activities, including the announcement of Interest Groups, the interactive "Econ Fun Facts: How Well Do You Know Our Faculty?" quiz, the "Quick Response Challenge" game, and a Knowledge Management (KM) session that encouraged staff to share experiences, best practices, and practical knowledge.

The Econ Internal Meeting serves as an important internal communication platform that fosters teamwork, organisational learning, and staff engagement. It reflects the Faculty's commitment to building a collaborative workplace culture and driving continuous organisational development towards excellence and sustainability.
