Office Syndrome: The Silent Threat for Working People and Exercise Techniques to Say Goodbye to Office Syndrome

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, organized an activity titled “Office Syndrome: The Silent Threat for Working People and Exercise Techniques to Say Goodbye to Office Syndrome” at Room ECB 1401. The event was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Busaba Chuattragul, a lecturer at the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, who delivered a lecture and demonstrated practical techniques for maintaining physical health.

The activity aimed to raise awareness among staff about the hidden risks associated with working behaviors that may cause cumulative injuries. It also introduced proper exercise techniques to prevent and reduce the risk of office syndrome. In addition, the activity sought to promote staff well-being, workplace happiness, and sustainable efficiency in the long term.
