On Tuesday, 10 September 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University organized a workshop entitled “Rethink to Redesign: Microsoft Copilot 365” at the Quantitative Analysis Center. The session was honored by the presence of Mr. Suthee Ploykhoksung, an expert in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications from Bangkok Advanced Learning (BAL) under Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited, who served as the keynote trainer, sharing his knowledge and practical experience.
The workshop aimed to enhance the knowledge, understanding, and skills of the Faculty’s executives in applying Microsoft Copilot 365 and artificial intelligence (AI) to strategic planning and decision-making processes. It also focused on strengthening management capabilities by integrating Design Thinking with digital innovation, thereby enabling the organization to adapt effectively to rapid changes in the digital era.
In addition, the program emphasized the development of digital leadership among executives, equipping them to set directions, policies, and strategies for sustainable organizational growth.
This workshop marks an important step for the Faculty of Economics in empowering its executives and strengthening organizational management to keep pace with technological and societal transformation.
