On Wednesday, 27 August 2025, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, organized a special lecture titled “HR Forward: Modern Human Resource Management Policies of Chiang Mai University” at the Lifelong Learning for Well-being Conference Room, Rit Sirimat Building, Chuchat Phetch-umphon Excellence in Economics Center.
The lecture was honored by Asst. Prof. Dr.Pitipong Yodmongkol, Vice President of Chiang Mai University, who served as the keynote speaker. He shared insights into the university’s human resource management policies, translating them from the institutional level to individual faculties and departments, ensuring that staff members are well-informed, aligned, and able to apply them in a unified direction.
The event aimed to raise awareness of the collective roles and responsibilities of all personnel in advancing the university’s strategic goals effectively and sustainably. It also provided a platform for exchanging knowledge and perspectives on human resource management practices in response to the challenges and opportunities of the modern era.
This special lecture was regarded as a significant initiative to strengthen policy understanding and inspire the faculty members and staff of the Faculty of Economics to collectively move the organization forward in alignment with Chiang Mai University’s future direction.
