Briefing on Budget Disbursement Procedures via the e-Document System
On Thursday, 12 June 2025, from 13.00 to 16.00 hrs, the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, organised a training session on “Guidelines and Procedures for Budget Disbursement via the e-Document System”. The session aimed to enhance understanding of the operational steps and best practices for accurate and efficient electronic budget disbursement. It was held in Room ECB2502, 5th Floor, Multipurpose Building.
The training featured internal speakers from the Faculty, including:
- Ms. Anusara Konthong, General Administrator
- Ms. Kunnikar Punyalert, Supplies Administrator
- Ms. Wannapa Thongtawee, Supplies Administrator
- Ms. Jiranan Tadthong, Finance and Accounting Officer
The speakers delivered informative presentations, explained the step-by-step procedures, and addressed participants’ questions in detail. The goal was to ensure that all personnel could apply the knowledge gained to carry out disbursements via the e-Document system accurately and in accordance with regulations, while maximising operational efficiency.
This activity reflects the Faculty of Economics’ ongoing commitment to developing a modern, transparent internal management system aligned with Chiang Mai University’s administrative policy framework.
