The 1st Support Staff Econ Internal Meeting
On 11 June 2025, from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, held the first "Econ Internal Meeting" for support staff in Room ECB3308, 3rd Floor, Chuchart Petampai Centre of Excellence in Economics (Building 3). The meeting was well attended by faculty members and staff.
The objective of the meeting was to provide an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and discussion of key issues related to academic work, administration, and various developmental directions for the Faculty, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and achieving the highest possible standards of quality.
Highlights of the meeting included:
- A knowledge-sharing session (Knowledge Management) led by representatives from various departments, section heads, and participants of the “Winner Conference and International Quality Innovation Award Ceremony 2024”
- A report on performance outcomes for the first quarter, including a presentation of the evaluation results (Feedback Report)
- A public hearing on the draft criteria for the performance appraisal of civil servants and university employees (support staff) under the Faculty of Economics for the year 2025
- An explanation of newly issued regulations and announcements related to personnel management from Chiang Mai University
- A discussion on organisational risk management
This meeting served as a vital platform for fostering mutual understanding and collaboration among faculty members and staff, contributing to the continued and sustainable development and success of the Faculty of Economics.
