The Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, recently organized the third installment of the project titled “TQA for All: Learning Together to Build an Organization of Excellence.” The initiative aimed to share key concepts and the broader context of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) criteria. Executives from the Faculty of Economics served as speakers, sharing their knowledge and firsthand experiences in driving the organization toward excellence.
The sessions were held on May 26–27 and April 4, 2025, at Room ECB3308, 3rd Floor, Chuchart Petampai Center of Excellence in Economics Building (Building 3). The event was well-attended by both academic and support staff. Participants explored the principles of TQA across its core categories, including leadership, strategy, operations, and organizational results. The program also featured active, constructive exchanges of ideas to co-develop practices that align with the faculty's vision.
This initiative reflects the faculty’s commitment to evolving into a high-performance organization with a robust management system, capable of delivering sustainable value to society and the nation over the long term.
