On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, organized a training session titled “New Statistical Methods for Regression Models and Analysis (EXPLAINABLE STATISTICS)” under the topic “Shapley Values for Covariate Selection and for Explainable Statistical Models.” The session was honored to have Professor Hung Nguyen as the distinguished speaker, and was held at Room ECB1202.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr.Chatchai Khiewngamdee delivered a warm welcome speech and officially opened the training. The event attracted faculty members, students, and other interested participants.
The training aimed to deepen participants' understanding of contemporary statistical tools and theories, while also highlighting the integration of Machine Learning techniques into data analysis.
