STATISTICS WITHOUT TESTING (A GAME CHANGER IN STATISTICS)

On Wednesday, January 29, 2025, the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, organized a training session on “New Statistical Methods for Regression Models and Analysis (EXPLAINABLE STATISTICS)”, featuring the topic “STATISTICS WITHOUT TESTING (A GAME CHANGER IN STATISTICS).” The session was honored to have Professor Hung Nguyen as the guest speaker and was held at Room ECB1202.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr.Chatchai Khiewngamdee delivered the welcome speech and officially opened the training. The event attracted a diverse audience, including faculty members, students, and other interested participants.

The training focused on enhancing knowledge of modern statistical tools, concepts, and theories, as well as the application of Machine Learning in data analysis. These approaches are crucial in improving the efficiency of research and economic analysis.
