On Wednesday, December 25, 2024, the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, organized a training program titled “Creative Conflict Management”. The session was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanintorn Pensute, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and a lecturer at the School of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University. The event was held at the Wintree City Resort Chiang Mai.
The training aimed to develop conflict management skills in the workplace by emphasizing creative techniques and methods. It focused on fostering communication that builds relationships and promoting active listening among organizational personnel. Participants gained valuable knowledge and practiced handling conflicts in diverse situations professionally.
The program also emphasized equipping personnel with effective strategies to address potential conflicts, thereby enhancing the workplace atmosphere, increasing job satisfaction, and strengthening organizational engagement. The conflict management techniques introduced during the training serve as vital tools for building a resilient and sustainable organization in the future.
