Cognitive Flexibility and Work in the Modern Era Aligned with Organizational Values.

On Friday, November 1, 2024, the Faculty of Economics at Chiang Mai University organized a practical training workshop titled “Cognitive Flexibility and Work in the Modern Era Aligned with Organizational Values.” The workshop was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimaphorn Boonprasert, a faculty member from the Department of Thai and Eastern Languages, Faculty of Humanities, Srinakharinwirot University. The workshop aimed to promote the dissemination of the organization’s vision, mission, and values, while enhancing understanding of ethical work practices to enable personnel to perform their duties correctly and reduce confusion regarding gray area behaviors, held at Room ECB3203, Excellence in Economics Center, Chuchart Petsam-apai Building.

During this activity, the speaker conveyed essential Do’s & Don’ts for workplace behavior and announced the No Gift Policy, which aims to reduce gift-giving expectations that could influence work conduct, fostering a transparent and fair working environment.

Additionally, the workshop emphasized the development of cognitive flexibility skills, which are crucial in the modern era. Participants were trained to adapt effectively to change while fostering attitudes aligned with organizational values, contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment.
