taxation, and government promotion data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively using binary Logistic Model.
The results showed that gender, experience in doing business, an average annual income, business type, nature of business, e-Payment law awareness, frequency of transactions per week, user friendly product characteristics, safe product characteristics, fee waiver, service channels through online application, reduction of tax filing procedures, and advertising/public relations medium by the government are the significant factors related to e-payment transactions of the small and medium enterprises in Muang District, Chiang Mai.
