The purpose of this research is to study behaviors, factors, problems and obstacles that affect the use of financial transactions through the Government Savings Bank’s application (Mymo) of the elderly in Muang District, Chiang Mai Province. The data was collected via questionnaires from a sample group, the elderly who are over 60 years of age and use Government Savings Bank ‘s application service within Muang District Chiang Mai Province. The study uses descriptive statistic in order to analyze personal information, application using behavior, problem and obstacles of the sample group. While using Multiple Regression analysis to study about the factors affecting the transaction of a sample group. The study found that Elderly customers who use the Government Savings Bank’s application mostly are male in the age of 60 and over, with education at the primary level or lower. The sample still have a career or still working with average monthly income of not more than 5,000 baht. The sample mostly have been using financial transactions through the application for a period of 1 year with the objective to check account’s balance / loan’s balance / credit card’s balance and the number of frequencies using the service is 1 time per month. Most of them choose to use financial transactions through the application (MyMo) because there is no transaction fee. The factors that affect the frequency of using the application service the most are Bachelor's degree. And from the results of the study, it was found that most of the samples still faced various problems and barriers in accessing application such as technology expertise and experience in using financial application, and also some physical problems such as eye-sight problems, small letter, unfamiliar language as well as system crashes that often lead to a lack of trust in usability. In addition, this study also analyzed the application's SWOT for usefulness and to be recommendations for application development in order to reach more targeted customers of the Government Savings Bank, especially supporting its use of the elderly group as well.
