งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษามูลค่าความเต็มใจจ่ายเบี้ยประกันภัยข้าวนาปรังและเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายเบี้ยประกันของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวนาปรังในจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยได้สมมติสถานการณ์เพื่อประเมินมูลค่าความเต็มใจจ่าย และได้ทำการเก็บแบบสอบถามจากเกษตรกรในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง และทำการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายเบี้ยประกัน และมูลค่าความเต็มใจจ่ายเบี้ยประกันภัยข้าวนาปรังของเกษตรกร โดยใช้สมการถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regession Analysis)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าเกษตรกรมีความเต็มใจจ่ายค่าเบี้ยประกันภัยข้าวนาปรังสูงสูด 91 บาทต่อไร่ โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อมูลค่าความเต็มใจจ่ายค่าเบี้ยประกันภัยข้าวนาปรังของเกษตรกร ได้แก่ การได้รับความเสียหายของการปลูกข้าวนาปรังใน 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา ประสบการณ์ในการเพาะปลูกข้าวนาปรัง การรู้จักเกี่ยวกับโครงการประกันภัยพืชผล สัดส่วนรายได้นอกภาคเกษตรต่อรายได้ทั้งหมด สัดส่วนความเป็นเจ้าของที่ดินเพาะปลูกข้าวนาปรัง และจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนที่ปลูกข้าวนาปรัง

Abstract:

The main objectives of this research are to study (1) the value of willingness to pay off-season rice insurance premiums and (2) to study the factors affecting the willingness to pay the insurance premiums for off-season rice farmers in Chiang Rai Province. The situation was assumed to assess the willingness to pay, and collected questionnaires from farmers in Chiang Rai province. 400 samples. And analyze the factorsthat affect the willingness to pay insurance premiums And the value of willingness to pay off second

The results show that farmers are willing to pay offensive insurance premiums at 91 baht per rai. The factors that have influenced the value of willingness to pay off-season insurance premiums for farmers are the damage of off-season rice cultivation in the past 5 years.
