การศึกษานี้เป็นการเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนในการผลิตสับปะรดที่ได้และไม่ได้รับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) ในอำเภอเมืองลำปาง จังหวัดลำปาง โดยเป็น การเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (Depth Interview) จากเกษตรกร จำนวน 4 ราย แยกเป็นเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกสับปะรดที่ได้รับรองมาตรฐาน GAP 2 ราย และเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกสับปะรดที่ไม่ได้รับรองมาตรฐาน GAP 2 ราย ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า ต้นทุนการผลิตสับปะรดของเกษตรกรที่ได้ รับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) สูงกว่าเกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้รับรองมาตรฐาน GAP แต่ว่าผลตอบแทนและระยะเวลาคืนทุนในการผลิตสับปะรดที่ได้รับมาตรฐาน GAP ดีกว่าการผลิตสับปะรด ที่ไม่ได้รับ GAP

Abstract:

The topic of study is cost and returns of pineapple planting with and without certification of Good Agricultural Practice (GAP). The scope of study is in Mueang Lampang District, Lampang Province. The data is collected by Depth Interview. The target audiences of the first objective are four farmers: two with GAP and two without GAP. The study shows that , the cost of pineapple planting certified by GAP is higher than without GAP certification but planting pineapple certified by GAP generate higher returns than and faster payback period non-certified .
