บทคัดย่อ (THAI):

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ตลาดการส่งออกทุเรียนสดของประเทศไทยไปยังสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และเพื่อพยากรณ์มูลค่าการส่งออกทุเรียนสดของไทยไปยังสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยใช้แบบจำลอง ARMA ด้วยวิธี Box-Jenkins โดยใช้ข้อมูลรายเดือนตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2550 - เดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2561 รวมทั้งสิ้น 133 ข้อมูล จากสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงพาณิชย์
ผลการศึกษาโครงสร้างตลาดการส่งออกทุเรียนสดของไทยพบว่า พื้นที่ทำการเพาะปลูกทุเรียนและให้ผลผลิตจำนวนมากที่สุดในประเทศไทยคือจังหวัดจันทบุรี ซึ่งมีเนื้อที่ปลูกทั้งหมด 205,578.75 ไร่ ให้ผลผลิตทั้งหมด 245,522,465.50 กิโลกรัม รองลงมาคือจังหวัดชุมพร 166,016.53 ไร่ ให้ผลผลิตทั้งหมด 75,017,513.01 กิโลกรัม โดยในช่วงเดือนพฤษภาคม - กันยายน พ.ศ. 2560 ราคาส่งออกทุเรียนไทยไปจีนอยู่ในช่วง 54 - 58 บาท/กิโลกรัม ในขณะที่เดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2560 ซึ่งเป็นช่วงนอกฤดูกาล ราคาส่งออกทุเรียนไทยไปจีนจะสูงถึง 87.90 บาท/กิโลกรัม โดยคู่แข่งที่สำคัญได้แก่ เวียดนาม และมาเลเซีย ในส่วนของการวิเคราะห์ความนิ่งของข้อมูลมูลค่าการส่งออกทุเรียนสดของไทยไปยังสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน พบว่าข้อมูลมีลักษณะนิ่งที่ระดับ Integrated of order ที่ 0 หรือ I(0) ดังนั้นจึงสามารถนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์หาแบบจำลองเพื่อใช้ในการพยากรณ์ที่เหมาะสมได้ การวิเคราะห์ได้เลือกแบบจำลอง ARMA (12,8) โดยแบบจำลองดังกล่าวให้ค่าสัมประสิทธ์ความไม่เท่าเทียมกันของทีลที่ต่ำที่สุด การพยากรณ์ข้อมูลรายเดือนโดยแบบจำลองดังกล่าว ตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2561 - เดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2562 ผลการพยากรณ์พบว่ามูลค่าส่งออกทุเรียนสดของไทยไปยังสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน มีค่าดังต่อไปนี้ 235.88 ล้านบาท, 121.28 ล้านบาท, 372.26 ล้านบาท, 1,408.23 ล้านบาท, 1,446.93 ล้านบาท, 909.15 ล้านบาท, 713.20 ล้านบาท, 1,016.05 ล้านบาท, 971.31 ล้านบาท, 643.02 ล้านบาท, 190.06 ล้านบาท และ 16.02 ล้านบาท ตามลำดับ

This study aimed to analyze the structures of export market and forecast the exported value of Thailand’s Fresh Durians export to People’s Republic of China based upon 133 monthly data collected by Office of Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce of Thailand during the period January 2007 to January 2018 were used in the analysis with the ARMA model following the Box-Jenkins method.
The findings showed that the durians agricultural are most widely grown in Chantaburi province of Thailand, total planted area of 205,578.75 rai, yield all 245,522,465.50 kg. Chumphon is the second most province that durian widely grown in Thailand, total planted area of 166,016.53 rai, yield all 75,017,513.01 kg. From May 2017 to September 2017, the durian export prices to People’s Republic of China were in the range of 54 - 58 baht/kg. However, the export prices were increased to 87.90 baht/kg in November 2017 because of the off-season durian. Vietnam and Malaysia are the major competitors of durian export to People’s Republic of China. In the stationarity test, this study showed that the data had stationary at level integrated of order zero or I(0), therefore this information was appropriate for forecasting. The ARMA (12,8) model were used to describe the data for exported value of Thailand’s Fresh Durians export to People’s Republic of China. The model showed the lowest value of Theil’s Inequality Coefficient (U). The forecasting results of this model found that the Thailand’s Fresh Durians export to People’s Republic of China from February 2018 to January 2019 would be 235,876,747.60 baht, 121,277,559.07 baht, 372,259,994.78 baht, 1,408,231,172.50 baht, 1,446,934,004.55 baht, 909,148,532.42 baht, 713,194,850.98 baht, 1,016,048,083.16 baht, 971,314,493.23 baht, 643,022,470.24 baht, 190,075,646.57 baht and 16,096,787.02 baht respectively.
