The study aim to study overview of trade policy of CLMV countries, which consist of Cambodia Laos Myanmar and Vietnam, and to find factors affecting the growth rate of Thailand’s beverage export Value to CLMV countries using panel quantile regression. The data used in research in annual data covering the period 1999 to 2015 and variables are Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation, exchange rate and beverage’s export price index. The result of overview of trade policy found that trade policies of CLMV countries have free trade policy and they are supported by government. The trade law has been changed to be convenient trade. Furthermore, each country frequently changes the law. So, importer or exporter should always follow up news about law of trade international. The result of Levin, Lin and Chu (LLC) unit root test showed that data is stationary in all variables. The result of the Pesaran unit root test showed that data is stationary in all variables, except beverage’s export price index. So, this variable wasn’t used for panel quantile regression analysis. The test of panel quantile regression found that GDP have a positive effect in all level of growth rate of Thailand’s beverage export Value. In other word, it effects on growth rate of Thailand’s beverage export Value are increasing when GDP are increasing. But, Inflation have a negative effect in all level of growth rate of Thailand’s beverage export Value. In other word, it effects on growth rate of Thailand’s beverage export Value are decreasing when inflation are increasing. Moreover, exchange rate have a negative effect in some level of growth rate of Thailand’s beverage export Value. In other word, it effects on growth rate of Thailand’s beverage export Value are decreasing when exchange rate are increasing.
Key word: Growth Rate, Beverage, Export value, CLMV countries, Panel Quantile Regression
