การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ วิเคราะห์ถึงผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงมูลค่าของยางพาราที่มีผลต่อสาขาการผลิตต่าง ๆ ภายในประเทศไทย โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากตารางปัจจัยการผลิตและผลผลิต ขนาด 58x58 ของปี 2553 มาหาผลกระทบในสาขาการผลิตต่าง ๆ โดยใช้แบบจำลอง X = V(I-A)-1 เมื่อ X = (1 x 58) แสดงเวคเตอร์ของมูลค่าราคาสาขาการผลิต, V = (1 x 58) แสดงเวคเตอร์ของมูลค่าเพิ่มหรือปัจจัยการผลิตเบื้องต้น และ (I-A)-1 = (58 x 58) Leontief Inverse (เมทริกซ์ผกผันของลีออนเทียฟ)
ผลการศึกษาเมื่อกำหนดให้ราคายางพาราลดลงร้อยละ 55 จะทำให้มูลค่าราคาสาขาการผลิตต่าง ๆ ลดลง แยกได้ดังนี้ (1) ผลกระทบทั้งหมดมากที่สุด 5 อันดับแรก คือ สาขาการทำสวนยางพารา, สาขาการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ยาง, สาขาการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์หนัง, สาขากิจกรรมที่ไม่สามารถจำแนกสาขาการผลิตได้ และสาขาการผลิตและซ่อมแซมยานยนต์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.00, 34.99, 3.85, 1.38 และ0.91ตามลำดับ (2) ผลกระทบทางตรงมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก คือ สาขาการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ยาง, สาขาการทำสวนยางพารา และสาขาการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์หนัง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 20.91, 2.98 และ0.88 ตามลำดับ (3) ผลกระทบทางอ้อมมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก คือ สาขาการทำสวนยางพารา, สาขาการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ยาง และสาขาการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์หนัง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.06, 14.08 และ2.97 ตามลำดับ

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of changes in value of rubber towards the major production in Thailand. This study used the 58x58 Input–Output Table of 2010 to find the impact towards the major production. The model used is X = V(I-A)-1 where X = (1 x 58) vector of major production value, V = (1 x 58) vector of value added or primary input and (I-A)-1 = (58 x 58) Leontief Inverse
The results of this study on the rubber price dropped 55 percent to make decrease in value of major production were as follows : (1) the five highest total effects were on major of rubber (latex), rubber products, leather products, unclassified and motor vehicles and repairing where the value level decreased by 55.00, 34.99, 3.85, 1.38 and และ0.91 percent, respectively ; (2) the three highest direct effects were on major of rubber products, rubber (latex) and leather products where the value level decreased by 20.91, 2.98 and 0.88 percent, respectively ; (3) the three highest indirect effects were on major of rubber (latex), rubber products and leather products where the value level decreased by 52.06, 14.08 and 2.97 percent, respectively.
