การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากิจกรรมในกระบวนการเศรษฐกิจชุมชนและการจัดสรรกำไรส่วนเกินของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนห้วยกานเบเกอรี่ และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยผลักดันเศรษฐกิจชุมชนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนห้วยกานเบเกอรี่ ตำบลบ้านโฮ่ง อำเภอบ้านโฮ่ง จังหวัดลำพูน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามกับสมาชิกของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนห้วยกานเบเกอรี่ จำนวนทั้งหมด 213 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ในการทดสอบหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมปัจจัยผลักดันที่ส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานเศรษฐกิจชุมชนของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนห้วยกานเบเกอรี่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนห้วยกานเบเกอรี่ มีการดำเนินการในด้านการพัฒนากลุ่ม และการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ อยู่ในระดับมาก ขณะที่การดำเนินการพัฒนาพื้นฐานเศรษฐกิจชุมชน และการพัฒนาพื้นฐานทางกายภาพ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง กิจกรรมในกระบวนการเศรษฐกิจชุมชนของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนพบว่า ภาพรวมกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนห้วยกานเบเกอรี่ ให้ความลำดับกับขั้นตอนการผลิตในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ให้ความสำคัญกับขั้นตอนการขาย และการแปรรูปในระดับมาก ขณะที่ด้านการบริโภคอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในด้านการจัดสรรกำไรส่วนเกินเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนพบว่า กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนห้วยกานเบเกอรี่สามารถจัดสรรกำไรส่วนเกินเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนในภาพรวมได้ในระดับน้อย โดยด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติสามารถจัดสรรกำไรส่วนเกินเพื่อช่วยเหลือได้ในระดับปานกลาง ขณะที่ด้านการให้ความอนุเคราะห์ชุมชน การให้การศึกษา และการสร้างสาธารณูปโภคอยู่ในระดับน้อย
สำหรับแนวทางในการพัฒนากลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนห้วยกานเบเกอรี่ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่ ควรให้การสนับสนุนงบประมาณ นักวิชาการที่เชี่ยวชาญในการจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่องการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์และการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เบเกอรี่ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้ได้เข้าร่วมงานจัดแสดงสินค้าในระดับภูมิภาค และระดับประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเปิดตลาดให้กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนห้วยกานเบเกอรี่ได้มีประสบการณ์ เรียนรู้ เสาะหา แหล่งจำหน่ายเพิ่มมากขึ้น เป็นต้น

The objectives of this research were to study the activities of the community economic process and the surplus appropriation of the Huai Kan Bakery community enterprise. And to study the factors driving community economy towards community economic development of Huai Kan Bakery community enterprise, Ban Hong Subdistrict, Ban Hong District, Lamphun Province. It was a quantitative research. Questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect data from 213 members of Huay Kan Bakery community enterprise. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, mean, and inferential statistics in testing for Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The research found the overall factors supporting the implementation of community economy of Huai Kan Bakery community enterprise in the medium level by Huai Kan Bakery community enterprise has been implemented in the development of community groups and human resources development in the high level. While implementing the basic economic development of the community and physical development in the medium level. Activities in the community economic process of the enterprise community in the overall of Huay Kan Bakery community enterprise there are activities in the community economic process in the high level. The guidelines for the development of Huai Kan Bakery community enterprise include: local government and government agencies in the area should support the budget. Academics specializing in training courses on packaging development and bakery product development. Include and encourage participation in regional exhibitions and nationally. To open the market to experience the community enterprise Huay Kan Bakery has learned to find more sources of distribution.
