บทคัดย่อ (THAI):

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตรบ้านวังธารทอง ผลการศึกษาในกรณีฐาน (Base Case) พบว่าอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ (EIRR) เท่ากับ 52.65% ซึ่งมากกว่าอัตราคิดลด (Discount Rate) ที่ 5% มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ (ENPV) มีค่า 12,638,478 บาท ตามลำดับ ดังนั้นโครงการมีความคุ้มค่าต่อการลงทุน
การวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวทางเศรษฐศาสตร์พบว่าโครงการสามารถรับความเสี่ยงได้ทุกกรณี โดยต้นทุนผันแปรเพิ่มขึ้นได้มากที่สุด 54.71% และผลประโยชน์ลดลงได้ต่ำสุด 33.13% กรณีต้นทุนและผลประโยชน์เปลี่ยนแปลงพร้อมกัน ต้นทุนผันแปรเพิ่มขึ้นได้มากที่สุด 33.25% และผลประโยชน์ลดลงได้ต่ำสุด 12.92% แสดงถึงโครงการสามารถรองรับความเสี่ยงที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตได้ในระดับปานกลาง

Abstract:

The objective of this study is to analyze economic costs and benefits of Agriculture Processing Community Enterprise Baan Wang Tan Tong. Regarding to the analysis in base case, the results economic internal rate of return (EIRR) are found to be 52.65%, respectively which higher than discount rate of 5%. In addition, the economic net present value (ENPV) are discovered to be 2,638,478 Baht. Thus, those imply that the project is worthy for investment.
Moreover, the results of sensitive analysis for economic reveal that the increase in costs and a decrease in benefits in all cases are worth for investment and could withstand risks. The variable costs could increase up to 54.71% and the benefits could decrease up to 33.13%. In case of the variable costs and benefits change together, the variable costs could increase up to 33.25% and the benefits could decrease up to 12.92%.. The project can support a risk that will happen in the future in the medium.
