Abstract:

The objective of this study is to analyze economic costs and benefits. Economic cost include fixed cost and variable cost. Economic benefits involve direct revenue from sale, indirect benefits from reducing imports of Arabica, reducing damage from deforestation and increasing income to the community. Regarding to the analysis in base case, imply that the project is worthy for investment. The results of economic payback period is 0.68 years, economic net present value (ENPV) are discovered to be 5,072,981 baht, economic internal rate of return (EIRR) are found to be 49.43%. Moreover, the results of sensitive analysis in all cases are worth for investment and could withstand risks, the project can support a risk that will happen in the future in the medium.Therefore, the policy makers of public sector should work continuously support this project.
