The present study has the objectives to examine the behavior in using financial transections VIA internet banking service of Bangkok Bank of people living in Mueang phitsanulok District of Phitsanulok Province. Information was collected from 400 samples of persons living in the areas of Mueang phitsanulok District. Analysis was performed based on the results of descriptive statistics including frequency and percentage, and scores of importance of influential factors.
The findings revealed that most of customer can be described as female, aged 21 -30, single, with bachelor’s degree education, private company employee, and having 15,001 – 25,000 baht monthly income. On consumer behavior in using financial transections VIA internet banking service of Bangkok Bank and Customers have savings account with the bank. Transactions with money transfer service along with promtpay. The service is available for a period of 1 year, Monday - Friday from 16.01 - 20.00 hours, average 2 - 3 times per week. Each amount is lower than 5,000 baht using a smartphone through the mobile application. Friends make the most out of application decisions.
